For questions related to order shipments.
To receive free shipping, after adding your item(s) to your cart, enter in a valid United States mailing address at checkout and you should see a free shipping option appear. You can then choose to select that option or upgrade to a paid, faster shipping service.

Yes! We currently offer worldwide shipping. Please be aware, for international customers during checkout, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs as well as import duty taxes for your country. This is paid upfront to ensure no delivery delays due to import taxes being due upon arrival to the destination country.
We typically process shipments of new orders within 1-2 business day of receiving an order. Once we package your item and ensure it's ready for you, we provide the package to the shipment provider for delivery. You will be able to track your order's delivery through order email updates we will send you.
All of our orders ship out of California. Once your package is in the hands of our carriers, delivery times will vary based on your location.
Each order should come with a corresponding tracking number. Give that a try first to see the state of the shipment. If for some reason your order becomes lost, please contact us using our contact page or email support@metalheadbrand.com and we will work with you to figure out what might be going on.
Yes, we offer returns of any item within 30 days of purchase. Just be sure the item is undamaged and we will process your refund based on whether you choose a refund to your original payment method or a store credit.
Yes, we offer exchanges of undamaged item for other available items in our inventory. Just go to account.metalheadbrand.com and enter the email address used for your order. After signing in, select the item you would like to exchange/return. We will process your request after receiving your original item and verifying it is in undamaged condition.
If you purchased your item within 30 days of your decision to return, you are eligible to return it! The item just needs to be undamaged. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we'll refund you for the original amount you paid for the item.
To start a return, head over to our account.metalheadbrand.com and enter the email address used for your order.
After signing in, select the item you would like to exchange/return.
Once your return request has been approved, take your item to any postal service.
Be aware, of the following:
1. Customers are responsible for postage cost related to returns.
2. Postage will be paid for and provided by Metalhead for exchanges.
Once you provide the return package to the shipping carrier, we will process your return based on your refund/exchange selection after we receive the item.
To be eligible for an upcoming endowment, you must:
1. Be in a metal band (one application per band) or be a metal-focused solo artist
2. Have a link to one of your finished songs on Youtube, Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon Music.
3. Be able to explain how you would use a financial stipend to support your band (the more detail the better)

We partner with established metal artists and labels to help determine the applicants with the highest possible likelihood for future industry successes. This is based off of an applicants musical quality, uniqueness, and passion for the genre. After determining those that fit a high level of that criteria, we offer endowments based upon available capital within the fund.
Short answer is it depends. Endowments per band/artist range based upon the quality of your application and the level of criteria met during your application. We aspire to give applicants as much as possible to help make the biggest impact given the stage they are at.
